Delivery Formats

Course lengths: most courses run for one day, PMVA Level 2 for two days, Level 3 for three days and the combined course for two to four days.

​How we deliver: mainly face to face, with some courses available online. A hybrid option is available for schools and care settings.

A note on PMVA courses: our PMVA courses use a recognised physical intervention system, taught by accredited trainers, and include a legal briefing.
