TRAINING COURSE
Level 2 Scenario Refresher
A one-day immersive refresher for Level 2 alumni: realistic, branching scenarios delivered in-house at your site.
COURSE OVERVIEW
ABOUT THIS COURSE
WHAT THE COURSE COVERS
Our one day immersive refresher builds on the Prevent, Support, Protect approach: read the scene as it changes, choose the words and tone that lower the heat, and use dynamic risk assessment to decide when to step back or call for help. Your group works through a branching, realistic scenario at your own site.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
• Apply Level 2 communication and de-escalation skills under realistic pressure
• Make and justify decisions at each branch of a live scenario
• Recognise escalation and adjust your approach in real time
• Use dynamic risk assessment to decide when to step back or call for help
• Give and receive structured peer feedback
• Take away a personal action plan
