WHAT THE COURSE COVERS
Bronze Commanders play a vital operational role in any incident where Critical Incident Management or Incident Command procedures have been put in place. Our comprehensive one day course gives delegates the skills to carry out the Bronze Commander roles you identify as critical, effectively and safely, helping protect business continuity.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
• Understand the key principles of Incident Command
• Understand the roles of Gold and Silver Commanders and support staff
• Plan an initial response using Hold, Plan, Act
• Identify the difference between management mode and command mode
• Carry out the roles and responsibilities of the different Bronze Commanders
• Have an overview of JESIP
