Level 2 Immersive Scenario Refresher

A branching simulation that uses your own group as role players. The Level 2 Immersive Scenario Refresher helps Level 2 Conflict Prevention and Management alumni keep their skills current. Your group plays the scenario out, the scene changes with the choices made, and every decision is explored in a safe, structured debrief. How the course helps: - Apply Level 2 communication and de-escalation skills under realistic pressure - Make and justify decisions at each branch of a live scenario - Recognise escalation and adjust your approach in real time - Use dynamic risk assessment to decide when to step back or call for help - Give and receive structured peer feedback from observers - Take away a personal action plan Certification: All those who successfully complete the course will be certified in Personal Safety Partnership's Level 2 Immersive Scenario Refresher. Who uses it: Anyone who has completed the Level 2 Conflict Prevention and Management course and needs to keep their skills current, including front-line staff in schools, colleges and universities; care providers and healthcare professionals; local government and public services; security staff and stewards; transport, retail and hospitality staff; team leaders and managers; and other public-facing roles. What you need to know: Duration: 1 Day (usually 09:30 - 16:30 but timings can be adapted) Number of Attendees: Up to 12 (additional delegates can be added for a supplemental fee) Course Type: In-person (in-house at your site)
